At Sunrise Earth Spa our mission is to offer nothing but the best
in our quality of all services, we provide highly experienced
Therapists in Skin care and Holistic Therapies, Our customer
service is always with a huge smile and a warm hand. We offer
freely plenty of knowledge with an Holistic approach to
wellbeing to share and guide you on a pathway to pure bliss.
When you close your eyes we aim to take you on a journey to
an Exotic Island of your choice to experience your very own
Sunrise, relax in our Tranquility room and re energize with our
wonderful treatments brought to you from all over the World.
Health Issues
Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues with
your spa therapist so we can adjust your treatment. Please let
your therapist know if you are pregnant to prevent
contraindications and use of essential oils.
Appointments
Please arrive of 15 minutes before your treatment time. We
provide Robes and slippers to help you relax and prepare for
your Spa experience. Enjoy an Exotic foot bath with all spa
treatments to help whisk you away before we begin.
Late Arrivals will reduce service time or may be rescheduled.
If you would like an appointment outside of Spa regular hours
there will be an additional $15.00 per hour added to your spa
treatment of choice. THIS ADDITIONAL SPA SERVICE IS
DEPENDING ON THERAPIST AVAILABILITY.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and at
times we may need to move your appointment. We kindly ask
for 24 hours notice to prevent a full charge. A Credit card will
be required to book any treatments over $100.
Our Director of smiles will call you the day before your
appointment to confirm.
Payments
We accept Cash, Visa, Master card, American Express and
personal checks with a valid driver's license. A $35 fee will be
charged for any returned checks.
Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and can not be
exchanged to purchase another gift certificate. Gift certificates
must be presented at time of redemption. Sunrise Earth is not
responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
We also except Spa Finder& Spa Wish certificates sold
nationwide. Plus Way Spa of Canada gift vouchers.
Returns To our Bath and Body bar
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund
within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened merchandise
is non-refundable.
Cell Phones
For a relaxing and peaceful experience for everyone please
silence your cellphone on entering the Spa. Our Director of
Smiles will be happy to take calls for you at reception if you
need to be contacted whilst at the Spa.
Children
Children are not permitted in the Spa Area with out an
appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service. The
Industry standard is 15-20% of your service cost.
All gratuities are greatly appreciated but not compulsory.
