VATA:
The energy responsible for movement. A person born
with high amounts of Vata is
generally very tall or short. They suffer from anxiety, panic
attacks, prone to dry skin.
Constipation and Sciatica. When they are in balance, they are
creative, clear, funny,
and spontaneous. Vata Massage treatment: A synergistic blend
of 9 herbs, including
ashwagandha, bala, passion flower and Jasmine in a base of
sesame and olive oils. Warming
and soothing the Vata system. Calms the nervous system and
provides strength.   

PITTA: The energy responsible for metabolism, digestive fire
and heat. Generally the person
is medium in size. Feelings of jealousy, competitive, impatience
and bitter when they are out
of balance. Prone to inflammations, skin, liver and eye
disorders, heart burn and sensitive
teeth. In balance, excellent academically, leaders, fearless
warriors, teachers and love to be
center stage. Pitta Massage treatment: A cooling blend of 9
herbs, Brahmi, Guduchi, Manjista
and Sandalwood in a base of sesame and sunflower oils. A
cooling and balancing massage.

KAPHA: The energy for storage protection, lubrication, mucous,
and production of fats and oils. A person born with a high
amount of  Kapha may carry weight and have large strong
bones. They tend to be slow, heavy, and cloudy headed when
out of balance. They are prone  to hypothyroidism, obesity,
clogged arteries, oily skin and diabetes. When in balance they
are compassionate, steady, articulate and healthy, sweet and
reliable. They love food, sleep  and laughter.
